The RT40 Smart Cobot Case Erector is an internally developed Plug & Produce solution that brings together efficiency, flexibility, and simplicity in one smart machine.
The RT40 automates the complete process of setting up boxes within a compact and intelligent machine. Boxes are automatically unfolded, the bottom is closed, and then they are placed ready on a conveyor or machine for further processing.
Thanks to the standardized design, the RT40 can be quickly integrated into modern packaging lines. The machine is designed for rapid deployment with minimal impact on existing production facilities.
Due to its high mobility, the RT40 can easily be deployed in various locations within the production environment. New box sizes and recipes can be quickly programmed without complex adjustments or specialized knowledge.
